🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In the spring of 1954, a witness in Stalingrad, USSR, observed an object crossing the sky from horizon to horizon, from southeast to northwest. Although unable to see the object itself, the witness noticed a strong air vibration accompanied by a screeching and whistling sound, very different from the noise of an artillery shell in flight. The event lasted about a minute and was so unusual that it generated curiosity and confusion. The description suggests it could have been a rocket or projectile, but the data is insufficient for a definitive evaluation. The report, though brief, captures the essence of an inexplicable event that caught the attention of air authorities.
