🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In May 1955, a witness in Munday, New York, observed an object with red, green, and white lights that remained motionless for several minutes before slowly drifting northwest. The object had a multi-wing shape but was not identified as an aircraft. Due to its configuration and movement, investigators concluded it was likely a balloon. Jupiter was also in a position consistent with the sighting, supporting the astronomical theory. However, the lack of photographs and the inability to identify it as an aircraft led to ruling out other explanations.
