🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In June 1955, a witness in Seattle, Washington, reported a silver-glow object moving parallel to the coast. The sighting occurred in the early hours of the morning, with no photos taken and no follow-up investigation conducted. Although the original report was sent to the FBI and then to the CSI, the witness could not be contacted as they were not registered at the given address. The lack of concrete data prevented a deeper evaluation of the phenomenon.
The report classifies the observation as "other," without completely ruling out conventional explanations such as balloons or astronomical events. However, the absence of official follow-up and the inability to verify the witness's identity left the case unresolved. Cases like this, though incomplete, are valuable for understanding how UFO sightings were handled in the 1950s.
