In July 1955, a witness in Baltimore, Maryland, reported a spherical UFO approximately 1.2 meters in diameter. The object was seen shrinking to about 90 centimeters, behaving like a soap bubble. According to the report, the object was carried by the wind toward a fence, where it began to evaporate without leaving any traces. The responsible officer concluded it was likely a giant soap bubble. The case was considered similar to another reported in February 1955 in the same city, where a similar phenomenon was observed.
