🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
A pilot reported a bright object with an amber flame and smoke in July 1955. The sighting lasted 10 minutes, with the object traveling north before dissipating. A local officer considered it likely a meteorite. Interestingly, a similar report (AISS-UFOB-208-55) occurred one minute earlier. Both cases match in description and direction, suggesting the same event. The observation by multiple witnesses at a distance supports an astronomical explanation.
