🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In August 1955, a witness in Klamath, Oregon, observed an object described as the size of a child's head. The object appeared suddenly and was seen for 22 minutes or more, moving westward in an irregular, "bouncing" motion. Although the report mentions that both civilians and military personnel observed the object, no photos were taken and no additional data was recorded. The lack of detailed information made it difficult to evaluate the case, and it was concluded that there was insufficient data to determine the nature of the object.
The official report, filed under Project 10073, was sent to several military units for analysis. However, much of the content is redacted or incomplete, limiting any conclusive interpretation. Cases like this, with vague descriptions and limited technical data, were common at the time, reflecting the difficulty of evaluating unidentified aerial phenomena without clear evidence.
