Summary

In August 1955, a witness in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, reported seeing several small objects changing colors. These objects traveled from north to south along a wobbly path. Each was observed for ten seconds, displaying red, white, and blue hues, before disappearing into city lights. The observer claimed they were very high, about the size of a pea held at arm’s length.

The lack of photographs and precise data made evaluation difficult. Although a meteor was considered, the incoherent description of the report prevented a clear conclusion. The Stewart Air Force Base and other entities reviewed the case, but no definitive explanation was reached.
