🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In 1955, Cleveland, Ohio witnessed several sightings of unidentified flying objects. A detailed report from Project 10073 describes multiple testimonies of people who observed luminous, round-shaped objects with unusual behaviors and bright colors. Some accounts mention green lights striking the ground and figures emerging from the objects. Despite detailed descriptions, authorities concluded that many of these sightings could be explained as conventional aerial phenomena such as balloons, aircraft, or advertising lights. However, some cases remain unresolved, maintaining uncertainty about their nature.
The investigation included testimonies from various witnesses, analysis of drawings and photographs, and interviews with members of the UFORC (Unidentified Flying Object Research Council). Although some cases were classified as known phenomena, others were considered "unknown" due to insufficient information. The report highlights the difficulty of distinguishing between real objects and perceptions influenced by imagination or suggestion.
