🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In June 1956, a witness in Ponaca, Nevada, reported a circular object the size of a half-dollar coin, silver grey in color. She observed it for five minutes using binoculars, describing a straight course from west to east. Although initially considered a balloon or astronomical phenomenon, the final evaluation leaned toward an aircraft due to the presence of a jet in the area. No further action was taken, and the object's identity remains unconfirmed.
