🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In 1956, a witness in Cincinnati, Ohio, reported observing a round object, larger than a star, with an orange color, moving erratically up and down, and north and south. The phenomenon was seen for 25 minutes and was still visible at the time of the report. Although no photos were taken, the observer described the object in detail, noting it did not resemble an aircraft or balloon.
Investigators considered the possibility of a celestial body and suggested atmospheric conditions might have caused the apparent erratic movement. It was also noted that using binoculars can create the illusion of motion, supporting the hypothesis that the object could be astronomical. Despite the long observation, no definitive conclusion was reached, and the case was marked as "Possibly Astronomical".
