🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
A witness in Puyallup, Washington, observed an oval object the size of a weather balloon, red on one side and winged. The object was ascending when seen through binoculars of unknown power. Although the observer did not take photos or record precise timing, the report concludes the object was a weather balloon. This balloon had been launched half an hour before the sighting from the Seattle-Tacoma Airport. The witness's description, though vague, matches the characteristics of a common weather balloon.
