🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In September 1956, a civilian in Denver observed a red object for over an hour, changing shape from elongated to square. The object emitted a very bright light and moved from west to northwest. Although seen with the naked eye and binoculars, no photos were taken. Investigators concluded it was likely an astronomical body. A second sighting, lasting thirty seconds, showed a shiny green object streaking across the sky before vanishing. This was later identified as a meteor. Both cases were recorded under Project 10073, a Cold War-era initiative to study unidentified aerial phenomena.
