🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In September 1956, a witness in Cumberland, Virginia, reported seeing an unusual object in the sky. The object had an elongated and square shape, the size of a baseball, and displayed white and orange colors. It was observed for about 50 minutes, and although several explanations such as balloons, aircraft, or astronomical phenomena were considered, no definitive conclusion was reached. The official report noted that the data was insufficient for analysis, leaving open the possibility that it was an unusual phenomenon.
