🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In September 1956, a man in Craig, Colorado, observed a formation of lights resembling a string of airplane cabin lights. The lights were evenly spaced and moving toward the southeast. The witness, along with three family members, saw the object for about ten minutes. No sound was heard, raising questions about its nature. Several explanations were considered, such as balloons, aircraft, or astronomical phenomena, but none were conclusive. The lack of visible trail or structure complicated identification.
The report was submitted to military authorities, who found no records of flights in the area. Despite investigations, the case remains unsolved. The witness, a night worker with Navy experience, detailed the object's path and behavior. The flashing light, similar to an aircraft beacon, added to the mystery. This case exemplifies how UFO sightings challenge conventional explanations.
