🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
A civilian observer in Dallas, Pennsylvania, reported a UFO shaped like a snowflake on September 30, 1956. The yellow object, the size of a basketball at arm's length, had two tails and emitted flashes of light in all directions. It moved south and then west, observed for one hour and forty minutes. Despite the detailed description and duration, investigators concluded it was likely the planet Mars. The object's description, trajectory, and duration led to the evaluation that it was an astronomical phenomenon. However, the witness's later account, describing a dark object with vapor-like emissions, suggests a more enigmatic experience not easily explained by known celestial bodies.
