Green UFOs over Brannid Field in 1956

Summary

In October 1956, six circular green light objects were observed over the state of Connecticut. Witnesses saw them for two and a half minutes, describing a high-pitched sound and a color change from green to red. Observers used 7-power binoculars and saw the objects ascend vertically until they disappeared. Although balloon or aircraft explanations were considered, the report concluded that three RC-121 aircraft were likely in the area at the time. However, the data was insufficient for a definitive evaluation.
