UFO formation over Roswell

Summary

In March 1957, a pilot flying a C-45 sighted three bright objects in a tight formation. The objects, about the size of landing lights and with a brilliant white color, approached the aircraft on a perpendicular path. Realizing a potential collision, the pilot turned on his taxi lights, causing the objects to disappear immediately. One ascended vertically while the other two vanished at a distance of two miles. The sighting occurred near a restricted area and along an active air traffic route, raising some controversy.

The C-45 crew did not capture photos or additional data, and the official report concluded it could have been an aircraft, although a balloon was also considered. Weather conditions were clear with good visibility and favorable winds. Despite investigations, no concrete evidence was found, leaving multiple theories about the nature of the objects.
