🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In July 1957, an American tourist in Norway took a photo of a fjord without realizing that the developed negative showed a mysterious object: a glowing ring with a beam of light. The object wasn't seen at the time of the shot, causing confusion. Investigators initially considered possible reflections, glass imperfections, or even a diamond ring on the photographer's finger. Eventually, it was concluded to be an optical phenomenon caused by sunlight passing through a glass flaw or a reflection from her ring. Despite the explanation, the case remains a classic in UFO history.
