Summary

A civilian in Fresno, California, observed a mysterious object in August 1957. The witness described a round, dome-shaped object, about the size of a large cantaloupe, with a dull aluminum color. It had no lights and made no noise, moving with surprising smoothness. The object was seen for eight seconds and observed through binoculars for an additional three seconds.
