In September 1957, a civilian in Kokomo, Indiana, reported a fast-moving object with green and red lights. The object, observed for about 10 minutes, made sudden directional changes. The witness also saw two stationary objects in the sky, one of which appeared to move. While balloons and astronomical phenomena were considered, investigators concluded it was likely an aircraft.
