🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In September 1957, at Lackland AFB, Texas, a sighting of seven round objects traveling in a "V" formation was recorded. Observers described them as dime-sized, silver with a blue tint, and silent. The report concluded they were likely migratory birds, such as geese or ducks, which are common at that time of year. Despite the detailed description, there were no photographs or radar data to confirm the presence of an unidentified object.
The official evaluation considered there was not enough evidence to classify the event as an unexplained phenomenon. The formation and behavior of the objects matched natural bird flight patterns, leading to the dismissal of the UFO possibility. Nevertheless, the report retains a sense of mystery, as the chance of something unusual in the sky that night was not entirely ruled out.
