🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In October 1957, a 15-year-old in Humboldt, Saskatchewan, observed a bright object slowly descending. He described a white, star-like point of second magnitude that fell silently. The sighting lasted 45 seconds, and the object disappeared behind a tree. Although the report was submitted in 1961, investigators concluded there was insufficient data to determine if it was a balloon, aircraft, meteor, or something else. The lack of additional witnesses and physical evidence made any definitive conclusion impractical.
