🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In November 1957, a witness in Beverly, Massachusetts observed two unusual white lights that appeared to have a small funnel-like shape. The lights, each about a foot in diameter, were seen side by side and moved back and forth for 15 minutes. At the time of reporting, the lights had not disappeared. The sighting was considered possibly related to an airport beacon or its reflection on clouds, but the description hinted at something more unusual.
The report categorized the phenomenon as "other light," indicating it did not fit into conventional categories such as balloons, aircraft, or astronomical events. Despite the visual description and short duration, no definitive conclusion was reached. The civilian source and lack of photographs or radar data limited further evaluation. However, the case remains intriguing due to the precise description and the lights' unusual behavior.
