🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In November 1957, a civilian in Louisville, Kentucky observed for 45 minutes an elongated white object with a red stripe moving rapidly. The report suggests it was likely Venus, though no official record was made. A week earlier, the same location reported a bright round object moving slowly, possibly a star. Both cases were analyzed by Project 10073, but no further action was taken. These accounts reflect the common confusion between celestial objects and aerial phenomena at the time.
