🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In November 1957, in Hope, Arkansas, two civilian witnesses reported observing two white circular objects moving side by side toward the west. The sighting lasted 45 minutes, an unusual duration that raised attention. The observers, a civil guard supervisor and a civil defense director, described the objects as white with occasional reddish tones. Despite clear visibility and the use of binoculars, no sound was heard and the origin of the objects could not be identified. The official evaluation suggested a possible astronomical phenomenon, though other explanations were not ruled out. There was no interception or physical evidence such as photographs. The report was prepared by an intelligence officer who found no clear explanation for the event. This case is part of the Project 10073 records, which collected reports on unidentified flying objects.
