🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
A circular object was observed over Cleburne, Texas, on November 23, 1957. A witness described it as the size of a quarter, silver in color, and making the sound of a transport plane. The object moved from west to east, but a transport plane going in the opposite direction was ruled out. The sighting lasted 15 seconds, with no photos or radar involved. Although initially considered a balloon or astronomical phenomenon, the data was insufficient for a clear conclusion. The position of the sun and the plane's trajectory suggested it could be an optical reflection, but this was not confirmed.
