In November 1957, a civilian in Durham, North Carolina, reported seeing two UFOs. These appeared as elongated red objects, roughly the size of a baseball. They moved one behind the other with a sound like an electric razor, slowly disappearing. Another sighting minutes later described a round object that changed color from bluish-green to white. It moved slowly from northeast to southeast and made a 90-degree turn.
