In December 1963, a witness in Bremerton, Washington, observed a round object the size of a baseball with a yellow glow. The object appeared behind a hill at about 800 feet and quickly moved from east to west, remaining visible for 10 to 15 seconds. Although initially logged as a UFO sighting, investigators concluded it was likely a weather balloon recently released.
