Summary

In December 1957, a woman from Duncanville, Texas, reported a bright object in the sky resembling a three-pointed star with white, green, and blue colors. The object was observed for several hours, slowly moving from east to west. Initially thought to possibly be a balloon or an astronomical phenomenon, further analysis concluded it was Venus, which was exceptionally bright at the time. The observer used binoculars and filmed the event on 8 mm film, which was examined by an aerospace intelligence center. Despite initial doubts, the data confirmed it was a natural astronomical event, not an unidentified object.
