🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In April 1953, near Ottawa, Ohio, a witness reported two objects in the night sky. The first was described as an elongated object, the size of a large cigar, glowing with colors ranging from red to white and blue. It was moving rapidly toward the southwest. The second object was round, larger than a star, and remained stationary in the sky. Although initially considered a possible meteor or the Moon, investigators concluded there was insufficient data to determine its nature with certainty. The report was classified under Project 10073, an Air Force initiative to document unidentified flying object sightings.
