🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In May 1958, a witness in Saigon, Vietnam, reported a luminous object moving in a straight path. The object, the size of a pinhead, emitted a yellow-orange glow with a white vapor trail that quickly dissipated. Although initially considered a balloon or aircraft, the analysis suggested it could be a meteor. The description and duration of the sighting matched typical meteor characteristics. However, the intensity of the light and the sudden disappearance raised some uncertainty about its origin.
