🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
A witness in Michigan reported a round, silver object the size of a dime that remained stationary in the sky for 35 minutes. The sighting, recorded in July 1958, noted that the object made no sound or trail, and even aircraft circled it as if searching for something. Despite the long observation time, there were no photos or additional data to confirm its nature. The report concluded it was undoubtedly a balloon, likely weather-related, given the wind direction and speed in the area. The lack of tangible evidence and the simple description led investigators to rule out any more exotic explanations.
