Summary

A round object the size of a grapefruit was observed in Alexandria, Louisiana, on July 25, 1958. The witness, Lieutenant CLEMIS A. BAILEY, along with a civilian, described an object that changed color from red to white, leaving an intermittent trail resembling sparks. The object moved from east to northeast for three minutes before fading out.
