In July 1958, a witness in San Antonio, Texas, observed a round and flat object the size of a basketball. The object hovered over the city for a few minutes before heading north at high speed. The sighting lasted five minutes and was recorded as a probable aircraft. Although no photos were taken, the report concluded it was likely an airplane, though not identified with certainty.
