🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In August 1958, a civilian photographer in Phoenix, Arizona, captured an image that was analyzed by the U.S. Air Force more than five years later. The photograph showed what appeared to be an orange funnel-like shape over a highway, raising some interest. However, experts concluded that it was not an unexplained phenomenon, but a natural formation caused by wind and sand. Additionally, a diagonal line below the supposed object was due to poor photo processing.
The image, possibly copied from a magazine, depicted a desert sunset with colorful clouds. Although the case did not provide physical evidence or additional testimonies, a second photograph taken in Switzerland was also analyzed, with its strange streak attributed to a reflection on the aircraft's surface. In both cases, researchers found no significant elements supporting the presence of an unidentified object.
