🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
A circular yellowish object was observed three consecutive nights from the control tower at Glasgow AFB in Montana. It had the size of a pinhead and appeared brighter than a star. Although it twinkled briefly, it remained stationary in the sky. The observers saw it at an elevation of 10 degrees and an azimuth of 45 degrees, matching the location of the star Arcturus. Although the object did not move, its elevation increased slightly each night. The report concluded it was an astronomical phenomenon, likely the star itself. Observers used binoculars and no unusual sounds or features were reported.
