🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In September 1958, a civilian in San Antonio, Texas, reported seeing two distinct aerial objects during the early hours of the morning. One was a brilliant silver object ascending vertically, while the other, with an orange trail, moved horizontally for a few seconds. Although one was considered possibly a balloon and the other a meteor, no definitive identification was made. The oddity lies in the fact that San Antonio, with its large population and multiple airports, recorded no other sightings or radar detections, which raised questions among investigators at the time.
The classified report includes detailed weather data and a precise description of the observer, a 45-year-old bricklayer deemed reliable. The lack of additional evidence, such as photos or secondary testimonies, left many questions unanswered. Despite investigations, the objects could not be conclusively identified, and the case was closed without a clear conclusion. This kind of incident, where data is incomplete but accounts are consistent, remains a topic of debate in ufology.
