🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In November 1955, a witness in Illinois observed two red, fish-shaped objects the size of a golf ball flying one behind the other half a mile apart. The sighting lasted 20 minutes and the objects suddenly faded. Although the incident was recorded, no photos or radar data were taken. Observers thought they might be aircraft in formation, but there was no confirmation.
The repetition of similar sightings between dusk and dawn raised attention, leading to an official report. However, the lack of concrete data and the sporadic nature of the phenomenon prevented a clear evaluation. Despite initial suspicions of conventional aerial activity, the case remains unresolved.
