🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In April 1959, a corporate executive in Lemoore, California, observed three metallic disc-shaped objects performing erratic maneuvers and 45-degree turns. The witness, using binoculars, described a speed exceeding 1000 mph and an altitude over 20,000 feet. High clouds and 15-mile visibility confirmed ideal observation conditions. Despite the detailed description, the Air Force requested additional details that were never provided, leaving the case unresolved.
The U.S. Air Force requested further information, such as the exact positioning of the objects and testimonies from other witnesses, but none were received. The report highlighted the witness's precision, military and educational background, and the consistency of his account with verified weather conditions. However, the lack of supplementary data and absence of other witnesses led to the case being classified as "insufficient for evaluation".
