🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In May 1959, in Vanderhoof, Canada, a nighttime observation captured a luminous object that changed color and shape. Three round, bright, reddish-orange objects appeared in the sky. As they moved north, one darkened and became a smoky figure that fell to the ground. The witness, a civilian, described it as very bright and ending with dispersion. Though a meteor was considered, no remains or confirmation were found.
The sighting was recorded in an official report from the time, including details like the event's duration (several minutes) and precise location. Additionally, similar sightings were noted in nearby areas on previous days, suggesting a possible connection with atmospheric phenomena or weather balloons. However, the lack of physical evidence and the unusual nature of the object keep its origin uncertain.
