🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In August 1959, a woman in Maryland observed three unidentified flying objects. Two shiny silver ones appeared to spin and move in sync, while a third, iridescent red, remained static in the sky. The sighting lasted 15 minutes and the objects vanished vertically. Although the woman and her neighbor initially thought they were balloons, the official report concluded the same. The testimony includes drawings and a detailed description of the objects' behavior.
The 36-year-old woman described how the objects moved with precision, one following the other's pattern, and how the red one glowed as if reflecting sunlight. Despite the duration and synchronized movements, investigators concluded they were likely balloons. The case is part of Project 10073 files, where UFO sightings were documented.
