🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
A 1959 report describes a UFO seen in Trenton, New Jersey, over 50 minutes. The witness, a civilian engineer with aircraft experience, observed an elongated vertical light, larger than any star. The object initially appeared as one, then split into five that moved in a circle before disappearing. It had a blue-green perimeter and orange center, with no tail or sound.
The object made abrupt 90-degree turns multiple times, puzzling investigators. Despite checking radar data and air operations, no clear explanation was found. The report concluded there was insufficient information to determine the nature of the phenomenon, leaving room for speculation.
