🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
A round and bright object was observed in Franklin, Ohio, in 1959. The witness described it as changing size, moving up, down, and sideways, and remaining visible for thirty minutes. Despite the long observation time, no precise positional data was obtained. Investigators considered it could be the star Vega or another bright celestial object. The witness compared it to a lantern, and her husband confirmed the object was still there after multiple sightings. There were no photos and no response from weather services.
