🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In October 1959, two commercial flights reported a round, bright object with unusual green wings. Pilots from National Airlines and Eastern Airlines described it as five to six times larger than a star, with a reddish-white color. Although the object moved parallel to a known airway, it could not be identified with certainty.
The official report concluded that there was insufficient data to analyze the case. The pilots were unavailable for further questioning, and no follow-up was attempted. Like many other cases, this one was lost due to a lack of concrete information, leaving only questions about what the two planes actually saw in the dark night.
