🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In November 1959, an experienced pilot reported a mysterious object over Utica, New York. The object, described as a bright yellow pinpoint, resembled a spotlight and disappeared suddenly before reappearing much dimmer. Pilots attempted to close in, but the object quickly sped away. Although a weather balloon was considered, the lack of directional movement data prevented a definitive conclusion.
The official report could not identify the object due to insufficient information. Despite the observers being experts, there were no photos or physical evidence. The case remains one of those unexplained aerial phenomena that continue to intrigue UFO researchers.
