🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
A witness in Jaffrey Center, New Hampshire, observed a bright golden object moving across the sky in a southwest direction. The object, described as three times larger than a planet, appeared to descend from east of south to west of south. The sighting lasted about a minute, and although both the witness and her husband confirmed seeing it, no photographs were taken and no optical instruments were used. Due to the lack of concrete data, investigators concluded it was impossible to determine the object's nature with certainty.
The official evaluation suggested it might have been a reflection or an optical phenomenon, but other possibilities like balloons or aircraft were not ruled out. However, the object's speed of movement did not match expectations for either. Ultimately, the case was forwarded to the Air Technical Intelligence Center for further analysis, but no definitive conclusion was reached.
