🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In July 1960, a witness in Kansas City reported seeing three objects resembling meteors. At 21:05, they contacted a local air base to report the sighting. An officer who received the call later observed three red glowing objects in formation, flying toward the SSE. The sighting lasted three minutes, and there was no confirmation of conventional aircraft activity.
The case description includes typical elements of aircraft sightings, such as red lights, level flight, and event duration. However, no photos or radar data were recorded, and the information was insufficient for a conclusive evaluation. The lack of concrete evidence and the conventional nature of the observed elements kept the case categorized as "possibly an aircraft."
