UFO seen in Georgia with lights in V formation

Summary

In August 1960, two witnesses in Sandersville, Georgia, reported an unusual aerial phenomenon. They saw between 4 and 6 white and bluish lights arranged in a V or staggered formation. The objects moved at erratic speeds, alternating between fast and slow, without executing any maneuvers. The sighting lasted between 20 seconds and a minute, and the objects disappeared suddenly to the northwest. Although an investigation was attempted, the information was vague and no clear conclusion could be reached. Due to the lack of concrete data and difficulty in contacting the witnesses, the case was closed as "insufficient for evaluation".
