🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In August 1960, a witness in Fairborn, Ohio, observed three luminous objects in the sky. Two appeared like stars, while the third, larger one, trailed them with a color ranging from bluish-white to pale yellow. The main object remained stationary, brightened intensely, emitted smoke, and changed brightness for over 40 minutes. Although it was initially considered that the objects could be the star Altair and two smaller stars, the description suggests behaviors beyond what is typical for celestial bodies. The observation was made from the ground and no photographs were taken.
