🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
A couple in Tulsa, Oklahoma, reported a mysterious object in 1960. The object appeared oval when moving parallel to the horizon but transformed into a U-shape when turning. It had no wings, left no contrails, and glowed with a soft silver hue. Despite living near an airport, investigators suggested the witnesses might have mistaken sunlight reflecting off an aircraft. The description didn't match any known plane, adding to the mystery.
The sighting lasted 5 to 8 minutes, with the object performing complex maneuvers, including full turns. Although there were no photos or radar data, the witnesses insisted it wasn't an astronomical phenomenon or a balloon. Confusion grew when they mentioned a possible link to a satellite launch, though records didn't confirm this connection.
